Flooding can carry contaminated materials along with the weighted pressure of the water itself to damage homes in San Jose. Our SERVPRO crew has much experience in mitigating the damage by rapidly extracting the bothersome dirty water and any building elements that have been ruined. We can start with flood cuts to minimize the demolition and build back. However, the After Photo depicts that more work was needed to secure a safe environment after the cleanup portion of the service was completed. The framing has been sprayed with an antimicrobial agent for safety and new insulation is visible within the front exterior wall. Once dried to standard levels, the reconstruction can begin to return this property to its previous condition.
