Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration and Cleanup in San Jose

A kitchen fire was extinguished quickly, but not before the dry, sooty debris had accumulated on all interior surfaces. Since SERVPRO strives to restore and not replaced fire and smoke-damaged building elements and contents, our customer made the right call--to us--to mitigate this fire loss. We can pack-out valuable and fragile items to our plant for cleaning as we work on the flooring and porous surfaces, as shown in this living room. We have a large inventory of special dry sponges, portable vacuums with HEPA filters, and air scrubbers to remove and capture any airborne debris during the cleaning. Our efforts and expertise eliminated the need for any demolition; we wiped down, even using small spray bottles of formulated detergents, to leave the job looking, "Like it never even happened."
